New Blood

Hello all,

I am new here and new to distilling.

I have been all grain homebrewing since 1999 and have built a good size home brewery in a 30X40 shop building. I am all set up for brewing with a nice big grain mill, mash tuns, burners, kettles, fermenters, big commercial coolers, freezers and kegerator, but I kind of got bored of it last summer and took a break. Now I am back to it big as ever and want to get into distilling too. I have malted and roasted my own barley many times for the fun/experience. I can also make many roasted and kilned malts thanks to lots of trial and error and some malt house journals I found.

I want to get a Dash2 and plan on doing so this week, I also love electronics and Arduino micro controllers. Looking forward to learning a lot from you all.
