8" Bubble Plate for Startup Distillery

Hello all. I'm considering the 8" bubble plate column (possibly the crystal) as our main production still head for a lightly funded startup. Just wanted to ask around and see if any folks are using these in their production facility, how you are liking them, production rates, ease of cleaning etc...
