That would be so much funnier if it wasn't for the page break @cunnyfunt
...and I start with a shovel when I make a mess and tidy up with a broom :D
Been eyeballing those street sweeper trucks though. Throw in a front end loader and I feel I'd make some progress.
I had a house in a major city and all my electronics kept burning up!
I put an oscilloscope on the line and the frequency was, let's say VARIABLE. Then found there were other signals coming across the line. While supposed to be 110v it would very from 105-122 in any 24 hour period.
I ask electric company for repair or a filter/regulator to be put on. Nope...law says we have to deliver 105-122 volts...period. Says nothing about clean.
Tasted one of the worst drinks ever yesterday. Lucky i was pissed i tell you. Earlier in the day i'd been checking out the shops and saw a soda stream cordial in Mojito flavour.
Being a BIG fan of the mojito, i figured this would save me all the mint muddling and lime squeezing.
So i grabbed the bottle, put a CM or so in the bottom of a glass, tipped in some white rum and topped up with soda water. :O)
If you could imagine rum and GI lime cordial mixed really strong and a tablespoon of syrup poured in too you'd be halfway to how disgusting it was.
I'll be sticking to the fanta flavour without the alcohol from now on. (:|

ROTFL =))
The electrical portion of the quote for our 800 square foot build-out was $6,000 (plumbing $7800, sprinklers $29,000)... I am an electrical engineer, I found another 'licensed contractor' to replace my fire prone, impossible to find breakers for, and no longer UL listed so the insurance company will drop me if they know.. 'Zinsco' panel with a nice 3-phase Square D panel that takes breakers that are a dime a dozen... saved me about $2000... the lightly used panel loaded with breakers was $300 from www.electricbarn.com
@punkin between the two guys climbing the crane and the helicopter video your kicking some ass on jaw droppers. likewise @dad you couldn't shove me in the same aircraft as that pilot!
In my travels back in the early 2000's, I got to sample a lot of what the Bengali's called "Scotch" and another spirit (Cashew Feni) that was either decent or the worst thing I'd ever took a shot of ... The coconut version was palatable, but the cashew apple versions were always awful... I had come commercially produced as well as some in a little village . Watching them distill some was a stone trip....literally.. The fella was using a clay still! ;)
Any recommendations on espresso machines around ~$1000? I'm leaning toward the Breville BES920XL. I feel like there are more espresso machines on the market then there are component combinations in the entire Still Dragon line up! :((
Or is this more of a topic that should go under the Loony Bin thread? lol
7:30 am and the five year old grandaughter is banging her head to a Kiss album, the neighbours are looking out their windows and this missus is rolling her eyes everytime she walks past B-)
Thanks FS:) Great story. I love to see people caring for the animals.For some reason Ive been bombarded with photos on FB all week of dogs crammed in cages in china ready to eat, dogs gettin masacred by the crowds because they wondered into some BS temple, how veal is made.....little calves taken from their mums hours after being born and put in crates small enough so they cant move and fed hormones until they are big enough to kill.
