I'm trying to get a free HACCP plan for gin distillation, I need something I can modify for my student project. I would only need it from the GNS stage, no fermentation is involved.
Read through and hopefully some of the smart folks around here can help you fill in any blanks that may need to be filled in that are more specific to your project?
There really isn't going to be any food safety hazards with respect to production / distillation. Any food safety issues will have to do with your botanical procurement and pantry storage I would think? I assume there will be something available somewhere on the net that will be more specific to typical produce procurement, handling and storage?
Though I suspect your professor wants a full, comprehensive to include hazard analysis, critical control points, critical limits, etc from soup to nuts?
