I’m having an issue with a damaged delivery and whose responsibility it is that I received damaged goods? Spoiler alert StillDragon EU says it’s not their problem and it’s totally my risk as the customer. Anyone else had that experience?
I'd say this is something to be dealt individually with their support and not in a public forum. SD Europe is know for offering excellent support within their abilities and if there has been a transport incidence, it surely came with insurance. Just give it time to unfold.
