Figure I'll take all the white potato, sweet potato, cranberry sauce, leftover corn bread, rolls, some of the deserts, maybe the Brussels sprouts too (they are like kale), blend them up, add some glucoamylase, yeast, and let 'er rip.
But why waste all the perfectly prepared starches?
Add in the carcass/leftovers of the turkey and you can have turkey pechuga.
