We don't have a food foccussed forum here, so i'm sticking this in the recipe section.
I'll be making Jerky next week (assuming i don't get a call to rush off that i'm expecting sometime) and will be doing a pictorial guide.

But seriously, I'm hoping to make some BILTONG this summer when the weather is super dry and hot, ganna put it outside in a flyproof 'bird cage'... yum (i hope)
