[USA/FL] Sale: 42 Ton YORK Chiller

We have a 42 ton YORK, chiller for sale. Was used at a pic manufacturing plant in Miami, and was replaced by a larger unit, as the customer was upsizing. This is a caged unit designed to be housed outdoors. It was previously setup for glycol, and was running when disconnected. We have yet to hook it up, as we decided we did not need glycol in our system but chilled water. We calculated the cost of new compressors in our price, as we were planning to replace all 4 of them before hooking up. This unit new is over 50K , and we are looking to get 12K for the unit as it sits. We are not aware of any issues with the unit, but keep in mind this unit has never been hooked up in our distillery, hence the large discount in price for unforeseen issues one may encounter.
