This is not my recipe but it one of the best fn bourbons out there.

This is for 15 US gallons

18.0 lbs cornmeal 
 3.0 lbs white wheat malt
 3.0 lbs red wheat malt 
 1.5 lbs honeymalt 
  • Bring water to a rolling boil and cut the heat and add cornmeal and honeymalt.
  • I use a drill and mixer to stir
  • Wrap the fermenter and let it cool naturally to 148
  • add the remaining malts and give a final stir l.
  • Let it set until pitching time and pitch your favorite yeast.
  • Should be in the park or 1.065ish
