I have recently acquired a GB4 gin basket for my 4" still and ran it first time last week. First try was an aquavit and run was very smooth, but will have to see how the flavours turn out after a little ageing. Also interested in making gin and (possibly) absinthe further down the road. Also have done a few rum washes and have a few funky dunder pits going in the moment (still working on the optimization). Cheers, RS

Absinthe is addictive to make, I grow all sorts of wacky herbs specifically for it.
