Hi all, would like to introduce myself.

I have been a beer brewer and judge for many years, and love the science of making booze. Such an addictive hobby playing with shiny gizmos and meeting others who share your passion for making top shelf stuff.

I have run a pot still for years, with varying degrees of success, now I am moving on to vodka/neutral land and about to invest in a SD unit.

Looking forward to learning lots more and accumulating more shiny toys!
