    I had a burger similar to this. It was a PAUNCH BURGER.

    It may look small but on arrival it was massive.

    This picture is as far as I got before I gave up.

  • I work in the food industry and know a little bit about nutrition. I've found that minimising the carbohydrate intake stops weight gain. That means cut out all grain based foods, potatoes (sweet potato is OK). You can eat as much leafy vegetables, root vegetables, meat and fat as you like and won't put on weight.
    Watch out for the old G&T, there's much more sugar in the tonic water these days, so consider using it 50/50 with soda water. Any spirit with ice, water or soda water is fine.
    You'll go nuts for about 10 days while going cold turkey on wheat, but it is worth it. On the odd occasion that you have a wheat product it is a real treat.
