I've made 45L of whisky single grain wash with a density of 1090.
It fermented to 1006 (there was not a single bubble anymore on the water lock)
Yeast was Alcotec Single Strain Whisky with Amyloglucosidase.
I want to know if it is safe to do a single run (2 plates) with 3500w immersed element and have no burned sugars (wash)?
(I've read somewhere that the density has to be under 1000 ? - this one is 1006)

No grain, correct? You'll be fine.
Yes, no grain, just clear wash (filtered with a plate filter 1 micron). Good to know it's safe, thx
Starting as high as 1.09 it's not uncommon to finish above 1.
1.09 seems high for an AG but what do I know. Thoughts?
Depends on measurement (spindle/refract)
You'll be fine, rum washes are typically 1020-1030 when finished on feed grade mollasses.

Make sure you add some oil to stop puking
I will add a little Anti-Foam
@buckshot said he used Amyloglucosidase... this will convert unfermentable sugars to fermentables... I have used White labs WLN4100 Ultra-Ferm with great success, and even 1.090 should be no trouble to get under 1.000
