UJSSM Running Backset Twice

The other day I did a couple UJSSM strips back to back on the second run I left about 15 litres of boiling backseat in boiler and topped up with fresh wash thinking that it would save boiling time and I only stripped to 20% before white flecks started to appear any way all ran well on both runs I took a 500 ml jar at 59% as middle of hearts second run jar has a lot stronger flavour than first run almost a hot popcorn kinda flavour?? It's been airing for 3 days. Has anyone tried this before or am I gonna regret it once Oaked??

Haven't tried that yet but lately I'm using my wort chiller to run the hit coolant through the next wash to get stripped. Cuts heat up time nicely. Gets the wash from 18C to about 50C
