I did a maceration once called Turkish Delight but haven't fermented them.

I'm more like I am now than I was before.
lol. I just enjoyed some vodka made from pineapple and was trying to think of something unique to use and that is plentiful in California. s. california produces dates and thought i might give it a try, see what i could come up with.
If you could pull it off, I have to believe that it would be good.
