Very interesting that they built a spill retention basin for the spirit stills. First time I've ever seen that in a commercial shop.
Secondary containment is often required, at 2X total volume of the vessels being contained, to prevent hazmats or high BOD liquids from draining into floor drains that feed into sanitary sewers.

Yes...the retention basin wasn't around the strippers.
They also had an elaborate ventilation system for removing vapors in the mixing/blending area.
Notice vent on left corner?
