People helping others
I see so many examples of people helping others that are less fortunate than themselves.
These people are my heroes.
Here's one that touched me as I have had both family and friends with severe hearing loss.
'Silent' restaurant hires deaf-mutes
"Waiter!"
Hey! If you are used to ordering your dish, you will have to change the habit in this newly opened "silent" restaurant in Changchun city, Jinlin province.
All the waiters and waitresses hired by the hot-pot restaurant are deaf-mutes, who can only answer your requests by receiving a text message on their electronic wrist band.
On each table, there are also pictures of sign language explaining the different orders, which helps the customers communicate with the staff.
The restaurant is the first of its kind in Changchun. It was opened to provide more jobs for those with disabilities.
